In 1881, William Williams, a shoemaker lived in Cambrian. Also living here, as a lodger, was William Owens, Talybont, Cardiganshire, who was the village curate. In 1901, John Parry, a church cleric lived in Cambrian. Later, John a Dora Jones owned it (formally of Fron and Hafod). In the 1940, the owner was William Griffith’s father, Mari Fron’s husband.
